Where are your products made?
We carry a variety of brands from around the world. All of our Happy Kids Co. tees are hand printed in our Baltimore, Maryland home. We use a variety of tee brands, so please contact us if you have specific questions.
How are your tees printed?
All tees are hand-screen printed with water-based inks. Water-based ink is eco-friendly and kid-safe. Water-based inks are free of harmful chemicals. Because tees are handprinted. there may be slight variations in color or placement.
When will my order ship?
Some items such as our Happy Kids Co. tees, have a 1-2 week processing time. Other items, such as most of the other brands we carry, are ready-to-ship. Please see each listing for processing time and allow up to 5 business days for in stock orders to ship, and up to 3 weeks for made-to-order items to ship.
How will my order ship?
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class and typically arrive in 3-5 business days. If you need an order by a certain date, please message us before purchasing. Once shipped, tracking will be automatically updated via Paypal. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update, as the post office does not always scan immediately.
Why is there a 2 week processing time?
We would love to have every item in stock at all times, but unfortunately we are a very small business and that is just not possible. We have 30+ tee styles, and would need to keep thousands of tees ready at all times. Between my husband and I, we print each tee by hand. Sometimes we mess up a shirt or run out of a certain size, and it usually takes a week for more blank tees to come in. I am also a mother of two first and foremost, and having a processing time allows for the occasional sickness or emergency that may arise.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We typically cannot accommodate returns/exchanges as we keep limited stock on hand. If you believe we sent the wrong or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving.
